WHY THIS EXISTS
Most baseball players train hard, but nothing connects. This system ensures every phase builds toward real performance.
THE REAL PROBLEM
Lack of explosiveness, poor acceleration, weak force absorption, inconsistent performance. Most players never develop all phases of movement.
THE SYSTEM: 12 week TRIPHASIC PROGRAM
Eccentric: Absorb force → control, injury
reduction
Isometric: Stabilize force → strong positions, optimal posture
Concentric: Produce force → explosiveness, speed, higher EV and Arm strength
12-WEEK PROGRESSION
Phase 1 (Weeks 1–3): Eccentric emphasis
Phase 2 (Weeks 4–7): Isometric emphasis
Phase 3 (Weeks 8–10): Concentric power
Phase 4 (Weeks 11–12): Peak (put it all together)
WEEKLY STRUCTURE
Day 1: Speed & Agility + Lower Body Strength/Power
Day 2: Coordination + Endurance + Upper Body Strength/Power
Day 3: Speed + Change of Direction + Full Body Strength/Power
