Gabe Escobar

Shawnee Heights High School | INF/P

“My speed has improved even while gaining weight, but the biggest jump was my exit velocity from 84 to 92. Before training, I struggled with motivation; now, I genuinely look forward to it and enjoy the process every day. What made this different was the focus on mobility and the way everything is tracked, you can see your progress on the board, and it pushes you to keep getting better.”

Max Calvert

Topeka West High School | INF/P

“I came to TIE wanting to become stronger, faster, more explosive, and more powerful, but gaining weight was always my biggest challenge. Since starting, I’ve noticed higher velocity in both my throws and my hits, which has helped me perform better and given me more confidence. I’d tell anyone considering TIE that the work is serious, but we still have fun and enjoy the process—and in the end, it’s absolutely worth it because the hard work pays off.”

Gavin Morrissey

Shawnee Heights High School | LHP

"I was trying to improve my overall  baseball, pitching, my movement batting and overall all little tips and tricks here and there the most challenging for me was probably learning how to do things new different ways because I wasn't used to doing that and overall come in here every single week and putting all my work into it.  Why I've noticed about changes in my performance is that my curveballs got a lot sharper and better my speed's gone up on my fastball got my hitting down even better and I've gotten really quick on my feet. My confidence has gone up because I can go out there and I can prove that I can go upon my limits that I had a couple weeks ago showing how much work I put in. What I will tell you someone that starred in or wants to come join type performance that it was really good for me because my overall better confidence better baseball skills, my better eye handball coordination, athleticism and speed and it showed me that all the hard work you put in is all that hard work you putting out on that field."

Carter Sourk

Topeka High School | INF/OF

“I came to TIE wanting to gain muscle and put on weight, which was challenging because I had never really worked out before. With personalized coaching and a clear plan built around my specific needs, I’ve made progress and become more confident in my abilities as a baseball player. I’d tell any athlete considering TIE that it’s absolutely worth it, you get the individual support and direction you need to understand what to improve, work toward your goals, and become a better player.”

Lucas Clark

Washburn Rural High School | C

“I’ve seen real improvements in my strength and speed, and I’m making better contact and driving the ball more consistently. Before I started, I struggled with my mentality. Especially my self-talk, but now I’m more positive and confident, not just in baseball but overall. What really stood out was the coaching: we don’t just get told what to, we are shown, corrected, and pushed beyond what we think we can do.”
